Mission and vision

The market in which we operate is becoming increasingly dynamic and competitive. Accordingly, everyone in the NedCar organization must be ready for the challenges and opportunities that present themselves. We must continually strive for improvement in everything we do, both in the value of our products as seen by our customers and the added value that we provide.

Our mission
Our objective is to have a preferential position with our current customer base and suppliers. This objective applies equally to our own employees and our immediate community. For this we have coined the phrase ‘1st Choice for all partners’.

Our vision - Seven key words
NedCar has set itself the target of meeting seven characteristics, in the conviction that, collectively, they strengthen our competitive position for the future. NedCar’s seven key characteristics:
Lean, or a capable, efficient and effective company. Tightly organized, without unnecessary frills.
Enterprising: a company brimming with entrepreneurial enthusiasm, where people work as if it is their own business, whose activities are also geared towards consideration of the longer term future of the company.
Performance oriented: a company that prides itself on its excellent achievements and sets itself ever-higher targets.
Innovative: a company which is constantly striving for innovation, for original solutions that will continue to move NedCar forward.
Process oriented: a company which knows its processes inside out, where there is a high level of cooperation both within and between departments, as well as between the various fields of expertise.
Committed: a company where people are committed and shoulder their responsibility. A company populated by people who genuinely care, accomplished people who are experts in their field, people who are proud to be part of NedCar.
Customer-centered focus: and of course, a company which is totally devoted to its customers.
